The coating thickness gauge series has three products:VC100,VC200,VC300
VC100 can quickly, non-destructively and accurately measure the thickness of non-metallic coatings (such as paint, film, etc.) on metal substrates. It is mainly used to measure the thickness of paint and other coatings on vehicle surfaces.
HD backlight mode + 2 unit conversion + vertical 90° test + high sensitivity probe:
This automotive paint thickness meter uses a digital LCD backlight display, which can clearly read data at night or in a dark environment.
The measurement unit can be switched between mm and mil to facilitate different measurement requirements.
When measuring paint thickness, the tester must be 90° perpendicular to the test surface.
The high sensitivity probe makes the measurement fast and accurate.
VC200 thickness gauge is used to measure the thickness of plating and coating plates on metals, such as paint/enamel/chrome on steel, paint and anodized coating on aluminum/copper. Paint Thickness Meter VC200 adopts precision integrated probe, using the principle of electromagnetic induction and eddy current effect to automatically detect the properties of the substrate
