➤Component Activation: Component activation is mainly used by circuit testers to confirm and test the function and status of each component in the circuit. By activating different components, users can quickly identify faults and ensure the normal operation of the circuit. This provides customers with practical conveniences such as saving time, improving maintenance efficiency, and reducing unnecessary replacement costs.

➤Injector Test: Injector testing is often used to detect the performance and working status of automotive injectors. Through testing, the injection frequency, injection volume, and injection pattern of the injector can be evaluated to ensure that it can accurately supply fuel when the engine is running. There are 4 modes for injector testing:
👉Mode 1: One 250-millisecond positive electrode
👉 Mode 2: Cycle positive for 7 milliseconds, negative for 20 milliseconds in 1.4 seconds
👉 Mode 3: Cycle the positive electrode for 4 milliseconds and the negative electrode for 10 milliseconds in 1.4 seconds
👉Mode 4: Continuous output of positive pole for 7 milliseconds and negative pole for 20 milliseconds

  2. Our customer service team will respond promptly after receiving your email and provide the correct return address.
  3. After receiving the correct return address, follow the instructions provided. Use a reliable and secure shipping method, and ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage or loss.
  4. Upon receiving and confirming the returned item is in good condition, we will process the refund or exchange as soon as possible.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be provided via the original payment method within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive the refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Return Conditions:

We will comply with the return policy in the following situations:

  1. Quality Issues: If the item you received is defective or damaged during shipping, making it unusable, you can request a return label from us. We will replace the item or provide a refund.
  2. Special Circumstances: If your item has special issues, please notify our customer service. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
  3. Wrong Orders: If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind (not due to quality issues), please contact our customer service. We will assist you in exchanging for the correct item. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  4. Incorrectly Shipped Items: If we shipped you the wrong item, we will take full responsibility for the exchange and cover all shipping costs. If you wish to cancel the order entirely, we will provide a full refund.

Regarding virtual products/licenses: If you are not satisfied within 48 hours, you can receive a direct refund (we will deactivate the license). After 48 hours, refunds are not supported.

Restocking Fee:

Non-Refundable Situations:

The following situations will not be refunded:

  1. Delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the buyer.

  5. Software upgrade services are virtual products and are non-refundable once the customer receives the software update key or our engineer successfully upgrades the product.

Damaged Items:

If you accidentally damage the item, we cannot provide an exchange service. However, you can return it for repair. Please contact us for detailed information, and we will provide a specific address to send the defective product. After the repair and testing are completed, we will return the product to you.

Order Cancellation:

If you cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase, you can request a full refund. If it exceeds 24 hours, we will charge a 5% restocking fee. Return Shipping Instructions:

Great investment for an automotive professionals and/or the weekend warrior.

As an ASE Master Technician with over 20 years of experience, I've relied on a variety of circuit testers throughout my career, with the Fluke 88 digital multi-meter being my go-to. However, after using the VDIAGTOOL V500PRO, I can confidently say this tool surpasses expectations and has become a new favorite.

Pros:

Precision and Accuracy:
The V500PRO excels in delivering precise and accurate readings. Whether you're diagnosing simple circuits or complex systems, this tool provides reliable results every time.

Built-in Oscilloscope:
The integrated oscilloscope is, without a doubt, my favorite feature. I tested it on the CAN circuit at the DLC connector, and the graph readout was spot-on. This capability is a game-changer, making waveform analysis accessible without needing a separate oscilloscope.

Comprehensive Accessories:
The V500PRO comes with a wide array of accessories, making it versatile for various diagnostic scenarios. Whether you're probing hard-to-reach areas or need additional clips and leads, this tool has you covered.

Cons:

Flood Light Design:
While the built-in floodlight is useful for working in dimly lit areas, its functionality could be improved. Currently, turning the light on or off requires navigating the settings menu. A dedicated physical button on the side would be far more convenient and enhance user efficiency.

Final Thoughts:

Great tool

This tool is not only a life saver, but it’s a time saver as well!It’s very easy to use and the directions are easy to understand.My boyfriend told me this is the tool I would need to fix my long standing electrical issues and he was right! He used it to fix an electrical issue on my car. He isn’t a mechanic but he is a DIY kind of guy. The tool pinpointed where the issue was saving him plenty of time and an easy fix. Setting it up in the vehicle was simple—just connect it to the car battery, and you’re ready to start diagnosing. I used the V500 Pro on a vehicle experiencing electrical issues, including a malfunctioning tail light and intermittent power to radiator fans. It performed quickly and identified a broken wire leading to the radiator fans. It was able to pinpoint the exact location of the issue, saving me hours of trial and error.
